Faded Hydrangea...

 

Hydrangea is my all time favorite.  I love all of the varieties and I love them when they are fading with the summer sun.  When that soft green sneaks into the petals to mix with the pink reminding me to appreciate the unparallelled beauty in nature...

garden doors...

 

One garden mystery I love is what will come back year after year.. somethings are planted and never return but my favorites are the ones that keep coming back and surprising me each year.  It is like opening a door to a beautiful space that is always changing.  

I hope you have a wonderful weekend planned.  We have nothing planned which is the most wonderful thing of all I think.  This way I can take my time in the morning thinking of things to do while I day dream...

Wouldn't this be just perfect for a Monday morning?  I think yes, and the hydrangea in the background make it just about perfection!  Wishing you a wonderful start to the week, because you  know that makes the rest so much better.
