We had a pretty amazing 2013...  here is a little recap from my instagram for this year.  I cannot believe all of the amazing things we did...

Versailles: The gardens

 

In celebration of our One Kings Lane sale I thought it might be nice to share a few more pictures from our trip to Paris from the spring.  We had a chance to visit Versailles again and the gardens never fail to amaze me.  I love the variety and the simplicity of the beauty created here.  They sky is my all time favorite part about this place.  Each time we have visited we have been greeted with the most beautiful sky and brisk sun drenched evenings.  I like to stay until well after the Palace closes so that we can enjoy the gardens basically alone, aside from a few stragglers and the French who are there to exercise.

weekend wishes...

 

This weekend promises to be fun.. Halloween parties, soccer games and a little time for relaxing..

Here are a few things I discovered this week..

We all need to make this as chocolate and salt are my new favorite combo..

Just added these to the shop.. perfect for the holiday dinners coming up!

Long weekend...

 

We spent the long weekend in Northern California with friends and it was a wonderful break from reality...  Lazy mornings, wine tasting, beautiful weather, long dinners and fresh air.

I will be daydreaming about it all week while I am in the office!

Design Traveler: ACE Hotel London

 

The famous ACE Hotel opens it's doors tomorrow in London...  Another beautiful and quirky design success for the hip hotel chain.  I cannot wait to check it out in person!

Beginning September 2013, Ace Hotel London Shoreditch hangs its hat in London's most creative, engaged district. A hub for galleries, theater and design, Shoreditch is home to the Brick Lane Market, landmark creatives and renegade artists from around the world.
