Just inspiration

I've bought a new apartment, so my days are filled with trying to find inspiration. It's a new build, so it's kind of like a blank canvas. Our old apartment had loads of character, with high ceilings and old wooden floors. I think a more modern look will suit this apartment better though. Perhaps something like this:
